Have you ever watched a group of students in a classroom? I mean really observed? Each one is a different individual, with a different aptitude and set of skills. What if a good educator recognizes this early...and tailors the teaching process according to requirements of each student? I am sure we would see much more development in students. This, precisely, is what the mobile phone companies did - they observed the requirements of the consumers, they observed usage patterns. They focused on evolving phones that had features which made life incredibly simpler. With increased usage came an insatiable thirst for more features in the mobile phone.
